I have been using this service for airport from last 1 year and it has been a great experience. I enjoy using their service every week for the airport. I usually don't write reviews because i never had bad experience. This time i thought that i should write the review about this company, so more people get to know this great company. I never had a more superior customer service experience than the five start taxi cab. The drivers are always friendly and drive very professionally. It is the most reliable car service and i love their professionalism and i hope that they keep like this.

I was visiting Cumming for a conference and called ahead for a taxi cab service for Airport. They were very polite and professional people. My driver was waiting as I exited the conference center. It was very clean inside and out. I have used other taxi services in previous trips from Cumming and they could not compare to Five Star Taxi Cab Service! I was surprised because the guy came in was driving really good car and he was dressed like limo guy. They are very reliable and they have the best Airport flat prices. This is the best taxi service I have ever used and will continue to use for future visits.
This taxi service has a great on time record. The cars are in good condition and are also extremely clean and tidy and have a sweet fragrance that binds you to enjoy your travel even more. The drivers are very friendly and have a unique blend of friendly and professional behaviour. The fare and price is also quite reasonable. The booking procedure is quite simple and hassle free. I would very strongly recommend this cab service to all.
I will not be using this service nor will I recommend them to anyone. I called at 10:53 am for a pickup at 12:45 pm I was told to call back at 12:15 pm for the pickup and when I did I was informed that there no taxis available. It was rude and miss leading on the pickup. I called 6 other taxis and did get picked up and it was cheaper and the customer service was grand.
