It took me some time to start It, but I am so glad I did it with Fresh ‘n Fit! Easy pick up, no prep time, there are always new options, and the meals are incredibly delicious! I always look forward to Mondays and Thursdays so I can get new meals! I love the seafood dishes, they always surprise me with some combinations I would never think of, and they taste so good! If you have a busy routine, no time to meal prep, or just looking for an easy way to eat healthy, get on it, I guarantee you’re not going to regret!

The food is consistently good & I liked the convenient local pickup options. It would be nice if you could somehow reuse your own packaging or a tupperware-type thing instead of wasting plastic with each meal, but still a lot less packaging than other meal plan services.
I’ve tried several ready meal companies in the past in search of a convenient and healthy dinner option during the week. Fresh ‘n Fit is by far my favorite! Their meals are delicious and ready to eat in about 3 minutes. I also love the idea that my 5 day meal plan is broken up into two shipments, which guarantees your meals are as fresh as possible. However, what I like the most is the convenience factor. Outside of working full time, I am also in graduate school. The ability to pick up my meals before leaving the office, and having a delicious meal before class is so important to me. I’m beyond happy this company had a booth set up outside my office gym last week. Also, after my first week, I realized I wanted to alter my meal preferences and Jake was awesome at making sure I got my meal plan set up properly going forward. Customer service is top notch! I’m going to be a customer for a very long time!
