Staff was nice. Rooms alittle lackluster. Most of your money goes to waterworks. Thought house keeping could of touched in a little more. Never got changes of linen oe coffee after a weekend. Overall decent stay but wouldn't say 5 star hotel

Came here a couple years ago and really loved it. The rooms were very modern and chic. The jetted tub and steam room/shower was so nice. I wish the Canadian-US border would open so I can come back!!

This was absolutely phenomenal. The views and the effects of the room were definitely worth the price. The drinks were wonderful and the bartender named Chelsea was one of the best people I've come into contact with. The environment all together was very uplifting.. I do however have to give it 4 stars only because we stayed in their most expensive suite and the speaker in the shower did not work and the jacuzzi tub wouldn't hold water and was unusable.

Very nice place the grotto is awesome even in winter. The shower was luxury with so many keys and computer temp control. It's in a good location if you are doing stuff down town.

I went to a birthday dinner here and what I dislike about this place was the prices because i feel like the prices it wasn't worth what they were serving. The 12 cocktails isn't really worth it and its small . I feel like the restaurant is more hyped up then what it actually is. Oh an also if you bring a bithday cake they charge you to cut it 2 per slice as well as to use they sliverware which i think is stupid beautiful hotel though.

Great hotel, I’ve had the pleasure of photography several weddings here, and to stay here with the staycation package. Great staff, great vibe, very clean. It doesn’t disappoint as a 5-Star boutique hotel.
