This company has done such a great job that I had to write this review for my first time ever. The guys that came to my home were all wearing their safety gears (mask, gloves and booties) before entering my home. They come in installed the units and left in a timely manner. This company has great prices, a good product and great staff. I will recommend this company to all my Real Estate clients and professionals. Thank You Custom Air.

Fantastic service! My heat would not come on so after calling another HVAC business (who never responded) I called Custom. Paul came out and got it running again. Thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix and the price was right, too. I’ll be calling Custom for my HVAC needs.
Fantastic! It is rare these days that I am impressed with a service company. These folks are awesome! They had our unit back up and running within an hour of me calling them. I will be using them for my yearly maintenance from now on.
Awesome service competitive prices! The best in town. Everyone has an opinion and I can guarantee that they work with their customers, they are will do do what needs to be done to get you up and running! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Very unhappy with the service. They added Freon-with the bottle inverted-NOT the correct way!-just to do the job FAST! DID NOT even attempt to check for a leak! This ONLY worked for 3 days and BLEW UP mt compressor. I had to spend 3650.00 to have a new unit installed. Then the owner had the nerve to call me and ask WHY I was unhappy with their service.
