I went to Custom Sounds (Pflugerville N I35) a week or two ago. I know I didn’t like the way my audio system sounded but had no idea of the type of upgrade needed. John took the time to explain my options in a way that made sense. He also made me feel comfortable that my vehicle would be secure while in their possession. I observed other customers who seemed quite satisfied for whatever reasons they were there. Yesterday I picked up my truck. The amplifier sounds great and is exactly what I knew I wanted but didn’t know what items to purchase to get there. The technicians kept my vehicle clean / spotless. John’s knowledge of equipment and how to interact with customers is second to none. Thank you John. I know where to go and recommend to my friends for great audio advice and professional installation. ️

Working in a Customer Service industry myself, I understand the importance of Great service. John went above and beyond any expectation I have. When I went in to the store he was working alone but was quick to acknowledge me letting me know he would be with me soon as possible. I watched as he dealt with 2 customers in front of me while he also answered phone calls. My first thoughts were how would I get any kind of service with how busy he was. Much to my amazement, he gave the same experience to each of his customers. I came in to purchase a backup camera interface module for 250 and he took the same care with me as the customer purchasing 1000. His product knowledge and customer service are not easily matched in this day in retail. If you are in need of exceptional service and products I recommend John at Custom Sounds Pflugerville.
