The owner is very kind and responsive. Found them recommended in another location and have been going to Custom Tailors for several years. The work has been done very well. I only needed a correction once, which was done quickly and without charge. I highly recommend Custom Tailors.

I came to the store with a basic seam repair on my jacket and the tailor repaired it for free! He was very kind to my children and did a great job. Definitely recommend!
Bad experience! I paid extra to have a dress a dress altered when I picked up the dress the alterations were not done. I didn't have time to request for them to fix it because I had a funeral the next morkng.
Mr. Lim is the best! I’ve been coming to them for over 7 years now! All of my evening gowns, pants, you name it, he can do it! Over 40 years of experience and reasonable price. THE BEST!!
This place is awesome! Took about a week for 2 pants and a suit jacket. Everything came out great and fits perfectly. I’m extra slim fit, so store bought suits and other clothes don’t fit me well. Custom Tailors made sure I liked the way the clothes would fit before I left everything with them to get tailored. A little pricy in my opinion, but it was definitely worth it! Highly recommend.
This tailor does excellent work. His craftsmanship is superior and his measurements are appropriate. I think his prices are average to slightly below. Time to return varies, but usually is on the faster side. For example, hemmed dress pants overnight!

Friendly, efficient and helpful service. I had two coats altered, both ready in a week as promised. The charges seemed reasonable, and the quality of work was very good. I've been to two other tailors in the area, and the prices here were about average. It's a convenient location, since the mall has ample parking. I will definitely go here again.
