I had two chairs redone here, and they are beyond gorgeous. They have a great selection of fabrics to choose from, their showroom was amazing. They even helped me find fabric that was less expensive but the same quality. They picked up the chairs from my home and redelivered them when they were done. They really work hard for their customers, and their work is impeccable!! Im so very happy with my chairs and quality of their work. Im going to have my sofa recovered instead of buying a new one, I would recommend them without hesitation.
Still waiting for the return of my recliner Running well over 2 years behind My calls are mostly not answered Owner consistently lies about my chair being ready My attorney has written asking for a resolution that’s gets me my recliner back but the owner is now months behind in responding We will now file felony larceny with intent charges at the WPD and County Sheriffs Easier to toss out your chair and buy a new one then to go through this ordeal
Buyer beware! This company has no compunction about quoting a customer a price and then jacking it up substantially a week later. I view this as a dishonest and a bad business practice. I would never do business with them again. My advice is to stay away.
