kept getting the run around. all I needed was key made they ordered a key and opened doors but wouldn't start. then they said I had to buy the key fob also. so 140.00 into it. all the down time and still wouldn't work. they made me pay to have it towed to there shop then pay additional 50.00 to program the key. originally I was told 50.00 total and I'd be able to drive car.. should have been 1 or 2 days.. took almost 12. and 50.00 turned into 200 plus a lil more.. they have poor customer service overall.. actually second time dealing with this company. both times they sucked!

Terrible service center. I went saying my brakes were squeaking, they claimed it was due to worn out break pads. They tried to scare me by saying they were on their very last legs, and I would soon start grinding if we didn't fix them immediately. They wanted to charge 250 to replace them. I, of course, said no. Bought premium brake pads at Auto zone for 35 and a family member helped change them. The old ones were fine, looked like they had 10,000 miles left, and the squeak is something totally different. Incompitent, over priced.
