Im so glad i went here instead of Planned Parenthood. Upon arrival i had an escort offer to walk me to the door as there were many protesters. There was a woman that tried to walk up and talk to me and the escorts made sure that she kept her distance and that i felt comfortable entering the building. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and in no way did they ever make me feel uncomfortable. I never felt judged or shamed in any way- they were simply supportive. The same escorts were outside when i left and the same lady tried to walk up to my car, but they made sure she kept her distance so i was able to leave without being harassed. Overall the experience was way more pleasant than I could have imagined it would be, given the anxiety and stress of my situation.

I have to say that most of the ladies here were compassionate, comforting and very professional. The escorts were so nice to have and made sure you were safe while in the parking lot. The front desk staff, assistant and Doctor were all amazing. The only reason I didn't rate with 5 stars is the nurse Katherine. The 1st issue was as she took my vitals my BP was high. She asked if I took meds and I said no. She then says \Well everytime you've been here it was high\ I had only been to the office once which was for my intake appt. During the procedure I was in quite a bit of pain and almost passed out. The Doctor had to go get alcohol and a cold towel . Katherine then comes in and proceeds to call me a \Drama Queen\ .... And continues to make comments stating that I was being dramatic. It was very uncomfortable. I asked her if she every had the procedure due and of course she didn't respond. The assistant that I as in the room continue to comfort me and you could tell she was even taken back by Katherines comments. I completed the evaluation and went to the restroom she clearly read it . She was very nice and acted as if she cared when I returned. I was so uncomfortable that I lied about the bleeding and pain level just to get out of there. Even with that experience, I would recommend this center if you find yourself needing these services.
The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I don’t know why anyone would leave a less than 5 star review. I had an abortion here before and going tomorrow for another. (Yes yes I know) Planning on medical abortion again. Can do it in the comfort of your own home. Won’t lie it was the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life. Some peoples experiences differ. I have a low pain tolerance and I have extreme period cramps. The pain just feels like intense cramps. Take the medicine prescription, take your pills and think happy thoughts. Also they do give you hotlines for their office to a nurse. Best decision I’ve made. Also I am a very queezy girl, at both of my appointment I was light headed and needed to sit down. The staff lead me by hand into their recovery room and took care of me, let me lay down, gave me a soda and some crackers and made sure I was stable before I went home. I had great conversation with the nurse, and other girls in the room! Thank you all so much, I will ALWAYS be grateful for what you do for myself and for other women like me! Ps. They also were giving gift cards for participation for a study when I went for my first. I treated myself to some lovely bath products!
