We started Penny's care with Dr. Rosenthal, who was amazing at explaining what was going on with Penny because we were truly terrified - she was diagnosed with Pulmonic Stenosis - he gave us hope that she would be ok, he gave us options and we were grateful. Dr. Rosenthal performed Penny's surgery in June 2020, we couldn't dream of a better outcome - she healed quickly and we didn't have any issues from that point on. She plays like a normal dog, she runs like the wind and loves life - she loves everyone and everything she meets. She goes through her little life unafraid of anything, happy to just be...we owe your office a ton - not sure what her outcome would have been, we're blessed to live so close to the best Vet Cardiologists available :) Penny saw Dr. Shih for her surgery follow up recently - again, all amazing things to say - she was so kind to Penny and gave us awesome news. Penny takes off running into your office, she's never afraid, she loves your staff, and I love that I will possibly have her with us for many many years to come BECAUSE OF YOUR CARE :) Your office is exceptional, and we appreciate everything you have done for us and our sweet little Penny, despite Covid, it was an awesome experience!! \u003c br /\u003e \u003c br /\u003eThank you, \u003c br /\u003eAmanda, Ryan and Penny Miller :)

Dr. Shih came to the car to speak with me. Whether that is her normal, was a professional courtesy, or she just didn't want to give me bad news over the phone, it was an appreciated gesture from someone also in the veterinary field. I appreciate the follow through and Maria's continued communication via email. It has made it tremendously easier to stay on top of Giles' continued care considering my own GP hours.

We look forward to the day when we can join our baby for her appointments again. It has always been a welcoming place. Dr Rosenthal cares for our baby like she is the only patient he is seeing that day. He knows that we have many questions and takes the time to help us understand and give our baby the best possible care. All of the team members show the same care and concern.

Dr Rosenthal diagnosed my cat with HCM at 3 yrs old. He gave Puddy Cat a 9 month prognosis when in Pet ER the 1st time with CHF, probably not to give false hope. It was Dr Shi who stayed positive, supportve at end of life and could tell that my love and devotion gave her a long, wonderful life. HCM is progressive. I donated in memory of Puddy Cat to Winn Feline Foundation for specific HCM research, Ricky Fund.

Dr. Shih is wonderful. The vet techs all take really good care of Porter when he's there. He hates being put on his side and they manage to hold him down and be quick about that part. They wipe the goo off as best they can. Dr. Shih really takes her time explaining the findings in a way I can understand. As a result of us coming here, Porter is in even better shape than when we brought him here.
