This is the second time I’ve used this company. Jonathan has always been punctual, friendly, and straight forward. He installed screens on half of my home last year and I decided to install them on the rest of the home this year. We’ve definitely seen a difference in our electricity bill. Our home is cooler and our AC is getting a break. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for solar screens and just referred him to a family member to have a glass pane replaced.

I called Saturday morning for a quote. The gentleman stopped by my house the same day, took measurements, and gave me a quote for all damaged screens. Was even able to repair one screen on the spot, without charging me, to save me from having to replace it. Showed up 4 days and completed install very quickly all while being polite and professional. I would highly recommend Kimball to anyone.

Came late for appointment. Got irritated when asked to wear mask he glared at us and said “do we HAVE to go inside?!” When I said we’ll be talking, face to face so we need you to wear one, he replied “just show me the windows!” Then he said “just get somebody ELSE!” and stormed back to truck and roared off We are over 70 with underlying health conditions and Covid 19 is nothing to play about. Too many other vendors out there to put up with this hothead!
