I have had several COVID tests here and the experience has been excellent. I’ve had family members receive painful COVID tests elsewhere, but Regan Medical Hamilton Mill is different. Twice Wylie has administered my tests (both rapid and pcr) and he is great. He performs the tests very slowly, which makes for a pain-free experience. Wylie also takes time to talk to you and explain what he’s doing, as well as what can be expected. If you need a COVID test, give Regan Medical Hamilton Mill a try and ask for Wylie!!

WE BEEN WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE OCTOBER 2020. WE PAY FOR A TEST OUT OF POCKET AND THEY ALSO WERE PAID BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. WE HAD TRY TO REACH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT LEAVING MESSAGES NUMEROUS TIMES NEVER RECEIVING A CALL BACK. WE ARE CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION AT THIS POINT. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED OF THIS CUSTOMER CARE.

I would give them a zero if I could. They have a BBB Rating & Accreditation of D- . This business is not BBB Accredited. We waited in the parking lot for over 1 hour and never got to see a doctor. The PA and nurse were rude and only wanted to do a fast covid test so they could get paid. I bet they are charging everyone for the test and it is not needed in most cases. NEVER could see a DOCTOR !!. They should not be called a \Urgent Care\ but rather \Slow Care\. They are a disgrace to the medical profession. If you want to live ... GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY !!!! It turned out my daughter had an ear infection and just needed some antibiotics. It took her regular doctor about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem the next morning. The doctors , nurses and staff at the hamilton mill reagan medical center are INCOMPETENT and do NOT CARE about PATIENT's !!! STAY AWAY !!!

My mom had a terrible experience with one of their doctors. She was unnecessarily prescribed multiple different medications, two of which reacted with each other and caused her to have a bad cough for over a month. When we called their help desk, the person who answered apparently notified the doctor to get in contact with my mom, and never did. (Which is probably a good thing because we found a great new doctor.) I’m sure there are other great doctors who work for this company, just be sure that you ask questions and are informed as a patient. Stay safe!!

Wish I could give this place a zero. My husband went for COVID testing. The nurse came out to the car to do the test. DID NOT EXPLAIN what to expect, swabbed his nose, and then just walked back into the building without any further instruction. The doctor called 30 min later to give results but since he was not expecting the call(AGAIN NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN) he did not answer the call. Voicemail from the doctor said “I have your results please call back” so he calls back while still sitting in the parking lot is placed on hold for 45 minutes, only to be told he is negative and they will email the results to him. They never emailed results it has been 6 days and we have called every single day requesting them, they had an incorrect email on file the first time we called and they said they changed and would email the results, and the other 5 times we have called it hasn’t been changed. Today we are just going up there and going to request records in person until they are received. Never again will I use this sorry excuse for a medical facility.
