Our downstairs AC unit had its coils freeze up. The tech was polite, gracious and thoroughly explained what was wrong (bad filters in an electronic air filter unit). Suggested reasonably priced replacements. Annual maintenance plan was at a good price. I chose this company for their stellar reviews on Google; happy to report they were well deserved. Very friendly folks answering the phone too. Really pleased.
