Stopped by to request a quote for a French draining system installation. I was asked to email the pictures of the property and someone would get back to me. Three emails later and still no reply. This is not how you conduct business. You come out to the property, conduct a proper assessment, measurements and provide a quote. 6/26/2020 Your chance to make this right was when I stopped by to get a quote and all I was given was an email address on a post it for pictures. ([email protected]) No one took my name, number, address, etc... how a professional would normally conduct business. I have zero confidence in your ability to make anything right now. Thanks.

Me and my wife are new in the area. The Gardens were very helpful, they have the biggest selection in this area. They even had the rock I needed and was able to deliver everything together. Would recommend this place anytime!

We visited here today to find plants for our front flower bed. I am a complete novice when it comes to flowers and everyone there was extremely helpful and kind! In particular, Richard, who walked the whole yard with us and explained all the plants and what they would look like. He helped us load them into our cart, made sure we had all necessary planting supplies and even laid down newspaper in the back of our vehicle before loading it for us. He was extremely friendly and listened to what we liked and wanted. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!

This nursery has wonderful plants and Richard was very helpful picking out palms for my yard. My only concern is a few other plants I bought had a price tag stuck in it and when I got home I looked at my receipt and it rang up a different price. I called and the only explanation I got was that it was priced wrong and there's nothing to be done. It's pretty disappointing because I did verify with Richard before paying for them that the marked price was indeed correct. I spent quite a bit of money here and I was planning on coming back to buy mulch for all my garden beds. I was hoping this situation could be corrected considering it was their mistake. I wouldn't have bought the plants had I known how much they ACTUALLY were and they do not accept refunds. I would have been fine with a credit of some sort because I had planned on coming back for more but I probably won't return after this.
