Great customer service! Ed really knows his stuff! We had three bids from local contractors, Ed was the only one that said he could do the job we asked for, but to do it right it would take additional work. We contacted other contractors back and they agreed additional work needed done to be done right but their prices only covered the work asked. All other NECESSARY work would be additional. He also made a point that he is licensed and bonded so if an employee gets hurt on location it would NOT be our responsibility to pay medical cost. That is very important and also another feature that a high priced, equipment rental company residing in the Butte fails to mention. (Recent business with the unmentioned, high priced, rental company located on the Old Glenn was overly frustrating when we hire them to do work, then get fined by the state to pay workers comp.)
