I was robbed!!! This site is terrible! I called in November to cancel my subscription that I opened as a free trial to find a college book. I acknowledge that it was my fault to leave the account open by accident while trying to figure out college on my own with online classes and being a freshman in a different state from my family. I was unimpressed when I did call in November to cancel and ask for at least a partial refund of the 80 dollars that I was charged for a site that didn't have the book I was looking for and that I never used at all other than to look for one specific book. I was told that my account had been cancelled. Then on December 3rd and December 31st I was charged with an overall total of 40. I only realized now in February. I called to figure out what had happened and I was hung up on. On my second attempt I was answered and told that my account was actually closed on December 30th. HOW WAS I CHARGED ON DECEMBER 31ST THEN!!!!! I still don't know if they will refund me a single cent.

Unfortunately it didn't have the books I wanted, but if it did then this app would be great! I am not sure about the cancellation problems that others had because I emailed them asking to cancel and I got an email back an hour later saying that it was cancelled. I checked, and it is cancelled and since it is in the free period, I won't be billed. Pretty good, quick customer service, I think.

I was far to quick to give them a high rating. After I cancelled my account, because of the increasingly shady accounting they continued billing me 20 bucks a month for about 3 extra months before I became aware of it. Beware!
