First 30 min were free. Lost the ticket, so I had to pony up for the 20 max rate anyway. However, the ticket machine failed to print a receipt. I pressed the attendant button for remote assistance from a call center to exit the garage. After 5 min he was unable to open the gate and told me to drive to a different gate and press the button again. When I went to the other gate and pressed the button, a new lady picked up who was unaware of what was happening. As she answered the call, the actual garage attendant appeared. He angrily motioned for my ticket. I again explained that I had to pay the max rate and the machine failed to print a receipt. I had to pull up the pending charge on my phone just to be allowed out of the garage. Your experience will probably go smoothly, but if it doesn't, be prepared to deal with unhappy employees for 20 mins as you're held hostage for doing the right thing.

Valet drivers in this lot drive quickly and in the middle of the lane. Had many instances coming around a corner to be hood to hood with them because they aren't driving on the right side of the lane.
Online prices show the max price for parking is 5 but the lot charges 30.
