Lacy was extremely helpful during my repair process. We had some troubles with the insurance company due to their lack of communication, but Lacy handled everything as promptly and efficiently as he could. This is one shop I'd use if I had a vehicle that needed collision repair top notch techs
They did a nice job on repairs, and were very timely in getting my BMW fixed. I would, however, recommend that they need to put some sort of plastic or covering over the seats when working on these cars as they left my seats with a dirty, grease-like look. I was able to get the seat cleaned after some hard scrubbing with leather care products.
