I love my apartments! I applied online and it was super easy. The staff is friendly the place is super clean. Haven't had any issued. I definitely recommend!

I lived at Avondale for a little over a year (April 2017 - June2018). The day to day was fine, but dealing with management to get my apartment up to reasonable living conditions was an absolute nightmare. I had a horrible leak in my ceiling caused by inadequate roofing. This issue went on from August 2017 and was not resolved when I moved out in June. Management ignored my requests to have someone come out and look at the roof and get the issue fixed. Thankfully the leak was in my entryway and not over furniture like a bed or couch, because it would have ruined it. They attempted to remedy the issue by not raising my rent when I had to go to month-to-month briefly, but they didn't fix the issue in their system and I was overcharged. I am still trying to get that issue resolved (reminder, I moved out in early June 2018 and it is now late August). Long story short, things will be fine unless you have to speak with management, because they will be nice to you on the phone and then ignore your concerns. Good luck to whoever has my old apartment, I recommend purchasing a home depot bucket for when it rains.

Very nice staff! Cheerful events, affordable pricing, great gym and lovely pools. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby, which makes life so much easier

Avondale Parc. I moved out of my apartment at Avondale Parc after 4 YEARS! I went to my storage to drop of a few items I didn’t want in my car to make room for the items I needed daily for my 4 kids and I while we stayed with my cousin (closing on a house)I came back just to find out their Maintenance Staff helped themselves to my things. I asked about 5 of my neighbors if they saw who took my things and they all tell me it’s the KNIGHTVEST Assistant Manager. We saw him load up his truck and drive off. Next morning I rush to the office when it opens with my 4 kids to inform the Office Staff, and politely ask them to inform the guy who took my belongings to bring them back. At first Priscilla Deleon tells me she has no one by that description who works for the property, then when I say his name and describe him. She changes the story and say I can ask him. If he brings it back he brings it, but since you “technically left” the items in the apartment they have the right to dispose of it. Which I understood, except that’s not what happened. This guy walked into my apartment saw a: Brand new laptop (for my online school) Brand new ninja air fry A packed suitcase (with a name brand purse) Name brand diaper bag Omega juicer Formula for my baby and somehow thought to take these items for himself?. I think that’s wrong. To make the story short, he confessed at the end saying he did take the items but he dumped them into the different bins around the property and I was welcome to go look into them to get my items out. I think the situation was handled completely wrong. In my opinion I would imagine when he walked into my apartment and saw the above items he should’ve communicated with the office staff. They should’ve reached out to me to see what I wanted to do with the items I had left behind. I’ve reached out to the KNIGHTVEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY and no one has responded yet

Lived here for 9 months and enjoy it. Sage area, maintenance is quick if anything does happen, and management is friendly. Smith leasing and move in process and we plan to sign another lease.
