I give this place no rating. This is the most unprofessional place and i haven’t gotten a chance to visit. I was giving this referral by my doctor. I tried to schedule an appointment. Was given an appointment for Nov. 16, 2020 at 8:15 then received a call saying it was moved to 11:15. On a Sunday evening I received a call from an unknown number saying my appointment was cancelled and i need to call them to reschedule. I call to reschedule but the. Was told an appointment was never scheduled. Then transferred off as I’m giving my info. To schedule and was blinded transferred to some other derogatory call Jackson which was obviously in a totally different city and i was asked if i lived in or near Beaumont. As I’m trying to tell the lady i live in the Dallas area why would i be transferred up toward Beaumont TX? I was overly frustrated by this point and told the lady forget it! I’ll find someone else. I’ve never experienced such i professionalism
