I am completely satisfied with the work your team did on my Silverado. I have zero complaints. First off I’m impressed with the way the paint and clear look, you can’t even tell if the hood was replaced. The job is perfect. Your team went above and beyond by the way the truck looks, they even cleaned the inside and out of my truck and vacuumed it. Your representative Chris was professional and courteous and honest. He was attentive to all my questions and made the insurance claim process smooth. Also kept me updated on all the procedures. If I could give a rating to this team it would be 100!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.

I cannot give enough rave reviews about Caliber Collision. Top notch quality! Be afraid of other repair shops but don't be afraid of Caliber Collision.
LOVE THEM!!! Service and repair is unmatched and I had my car back in under a week on a holiday time between Christmas and new year. Zero calls to my insurance because they took care of EVERYTHING and all the approvals for a complicated repair.
I always had high impression about Caliber and their quality. I got my car fixed last week and guess what? They provide the highest quality at lowest price possible. They won’t help you with deductible adjustment scams but they will fix your car at pristine level. I got my car quote almost 60-70% more in some other reputed body shop but Caliber tells you what you actually need. The dealer where I got the car from they even gave me a quote 50% higher than Caliber just to suck up money. Unfortunately the funny thing is I am writing this review sitting in that Dealer location Not only that; after i picked up the car I found tire pressure issue and the dealer found a bolt in one tire. They asked for 40 repair and guess who paid for that? Caliber!! I just said I had this issue immediately after i picked the car and Caliber stepped in. You want a wonderful experience? Don’t think twice other than Caliber Collision! A great experience; My heart felt love and gratitude for them.
The used to be a Herb's now they are Caliber Collision. They were recommended to me by my insurance to fix German cars. Since I had to pay out of pocket until the company that hit my car on the bumper, hasn't paied up yet. After I dropped off the car. They took me home so I didn't have to pay for a Lyft. They told me they were willing to work with me with payments. Which was great. They have a text message feature to keep me updated about my repairs. When it was done they had ask if I need a lift they. I had told them I may not be able to because I get off of work late. They told me they were will to stay open late just to get my car back. As soon as I got there my car looked perfect. The amazing thing I notice. I had scratches and scuffs all over my front rims. They freaking sanded and buffed my rims. They didn't have to nor was it part of the repair. That's attention to detail. Unless my car get damaged again, Caliber is a great place that I hope I Never get to see again.
