I had a horrible experience with the girl at the front desk. I had to take off work for presenting Covid symptoms and HR had advised me to go get a test. I signed up online last night to receive the earliest convenient time this morning, and I never receive a call back. I’m understanding of the high demand, so I called and she said there was no wait at the moment if I wanted to walk in. She asked me my symptoms when I arrive and I stated fever, chills, headache and body aches. She told me in a very condescending way they are strict and wouldn’t let me fill out to paperwork. I told her that I also have an underlying health condition, and that I was able to receive a test back in November. She said that that didn’t happen here... Yes, it did by the way. She then told me that I look fine and that unable to fill in the paperwork. I then called Carenow on Lemmon Ave and got right in. My covid test results came back positive by the way, so I will never be visiting Carenow Uptown again. At least until someone replaces the girl at the front desk.

First time at this location, they were very caring and took time explaining and answering every question I had. All very professional from front desk, assistant and doctor all took very good care of me. I highly recommend this location.
The staff was very nice, however I had an appointment but still waited well over an hour to go back to a room. Then another 1-1/2 hours in the room after the test for the results! It was supposed to be a rapid COVID test!
Super quick and efficient covid testing! Will come back again if necessary. Very nice staff.
This was my first time going to a CareNow and I absolutely loved it. I checked in online first and was immediately assisted when I walked in. Was there for 20 minutes and was diagnosed and prescribed medication and was done. Definitely will be returning!
