Terrible experience, the drivers are good in attitude, the office people will tell A and do B. It was a very frustrating experience.

A driver ran over my grass and damaged it.
This company had delivered to my business a couple of times. The first time I had a truckload of tvs didn't understand them not having a pallett jack to move them forward on the truck. (what if the truck broke down) any other times were fine. Last week I spent all day on the phone and spoke with a manager about my delivery hours and it is after the scheduled time of delivery. I called and was told they do no accommodate my deliver schedule. there schedule is from 8-3 and in my case 1:30 - 3. I have a sick mother at home that I like to be there for...now I have to pay to have a nurse to come in for the day. The manager Mark assured me it would be here well before 12pm. I guess I should have know better when the message left was more around insuring I have a loading dock, fork lift etc when I paid for truck with a liftgate. Emily was just I don't care over talking horrible customer service. I will following up with yuesen logistic as they were delight to help and didn't understand why the would not assist. They should not use this company I would rather wait to know that I am going to get what I requested rather what they wanted me to have.
Central gave me my first start love them for that but I was let go after 1 accident even told by upper management that I would be ok next day called and told me I was terminated but I see a lot of bad comments on here I would be the first to say central has the best drivers...Thanks central transport for the start I needed
I deliver here occasionally. The dock numbers are almost impossible to read at night, but everyone is pretty laid back and easy to work with.
