I’ve been with Clearview for about 2 years. I renewed on 1/11 for a competitive rate. Spoke with Mercedes who was informative and very pleasant. Well, 2 days ago , I received a card saying I switched. I called them and again got to speak with Mercedes. She said someone must have hacked into my account and switched me to someone else and it happens all the time. I’m a little concerned about this and what my rate and bill will reflect. I again verified my info and signed on for 6 more months with Clearview. Hopefully this issue won’t become a nightmare.

I have been with Clearview for a few years now, and very happy with the customer service this company offers. I spoke with Adriana today, and asked some questions about my upcoming rate increase upon renewal. I explained the difference between the rate offered and the rate I found online for the same term, and she looked into it immediately and honored the lower rate with the same terms. She was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient.

Gabriel was able to handle my concerns promptly and efficiently. He was even able to offer me a lower supplier rate than I had anticipated. I am comfortable using Clearview Energy because they are 100% green. Given a choice going green or burning carbon based fuels, for me, is a no brainer. I would recommend Clearview Energy for their rates, helpful staff and for a cleaner environment.

Would have been 5 stars but I just signed us up. 5 stars for easy enrollment and politeness of the staff. 4 stars overall because I have no history with Clearview Energy. Very good price per Kwh for renewable energy.
