Best New York style pizza in Dallas. Delicious tomato sauce used in proper amount to make pizza saucy enough to not be dry like so many others. Fantastic assortment of toppings. Love that they provide reheat instructions to return the leftovers to the same quality taste as the original pie!

Had the capellini with Italian sausage added and it was delicious! Wait staff was great. Fantastic atmosphere.

Coal Vines is so underrated. One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas, with great food, wine, ambiance, and service. Hard to find places with excellence in all these categories. Also have to give praise to Jeff, the super friendly host, always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I enjoy my meal, which I always do.

It's a pretty and intimate restaurant. The food was very good and staff were prompt and courteous. The tables are a little too close together for my liking (considering covid and all), but the patio windows were completely open which allowed us to sit outside comfortably and enjoy the pretty night view. Overall, I enjoyed my experience

Jeff was friendly and hospitable as a host! We had Sergio as our server. He was attentive and friendly. The meatball and prosciutto pizzas were fantastic! I love the thin crispy crust. My favorite thing was the creamy pesto pasta special, but we also enjoyed the vodka penne and baked eggplant (with side of rigatoni marinara—which I wish we had swapped out for a different pasta). The calamari was tender and paired well with our bottle of educated guess cab (on special for like 49). All in all, the experience was great! We’ll be back for sure.
