We recently had both the upstairs and downstairs AC/Heating units replaced on 18 year old systems, as well as re-ducted the basement for future renovations. We interviewed 4 vendors and Cochran Complete was an easy choice. Extremely professional from the first visit, Jason helped us map out the best course of action to get the results we wanted with the budget that we had. He was the first vendor to deliver a quote and the only one that custom tailored the packages to meet the needs for each floor. Everyone else either didn't respond or sent a generic quote. The work itself was extremely fast and very professional-- in and out of the house quickly, friendly, and informative. Troy, the main installer, was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure every zone in the house was getting the airflow that was needed. They are also able to remote-monitor the systems, and can reach out for proactive maintenance / remote troubleshoot issues for us in the future should any arise. After having an ancient, expensive system in the home for the last two years, it's amazing how comfortable the house is now, and we have the entire team at Cochran to thank for it. I highly recommend their work, and it's great to be able to work with a local business rather than one of the bigger national chains.

Cochran offered the best deal between them and four other competitors. They installed both my first and second floor units. I was able to negotiate a smart thermostat for both floors. On installment day they came with two regular thermostats. One email and phone call solved the issue. I am very satisfied with Cochran's service and quality of work. However, there was one small issue. They didn't flush the pipe that runs from the attic for the AC condensation water. I called and a technician came the next day and resolved the issue. I can definitely recommend Cochran!

I just had Jamey and his team install a Rheem air condition unit. Before the purchase I was going through my Appliance warranty company to see if it was a good idea. They wanted to repair my old unit but something was telling me that was going to be short-lived. I had Jamey come through and he was very thorough with everything. He checked the current temperatures in each room and recommended a larger vent for more air circulation. He also recommended the system that I have. I told him that I would be in the house for another five to seven years and he said the 14 Seer was ample. We went through all the paperwork including financing and warranty information. He took a small deposit from me and went to work. I mean immediately going to tack the new air condition unit on to the price of the house once I sell. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever met even bringing his young daughter to do clean up while the guys were working in the Attic. All the way five stars no need to go to Ragsdale or any of the others. By the way the estimate for him to come out was free he didn't charge a dime.
