Excellent from beginning to end. From when you check in, everything is explained clearly. Cost estimates, time is will take, etc. Once inside, the place is impeccable, you are treated very professionally but also showing care. Both Dr Bagisnki and her assistant Ally Tyler did a fantastic job. I was extremely nervous (first root canal in 30 years) and they did everything they could to calm me down. From walking me step by step of what was going to happen, to putting a small fan at face level so I’m more comfortable and taking the necessary breaks so I could rest. I would not anywhere else. Thank you Dr Baginski and Ally!

I had an emergency procedure on 12.26.20 and it was a great experience. Dr. Rakusin was wonderful, concerned about my pain level, calming presence and very professional. I would not hesitate to go back to him.
Dallas Endodontics is the best. All doctors and staff very professional and caring. They will help you make the best decisions for your care. My husband and I have both had root canals done and are very happy with results.
The staff was friendly and efficient. My first visit was to see if I needed a root canal due to periodic pain when biting down. After looking at Xrays, Dr. Garrett recognized the issue and said a root canal was not needed. We will follow up in 3 months to make sure the situation is stable. I appreciate his skill and his honesty.
Dr. Garett successfully fixed my two root canals which were done in the past. One was a surgery to access bottom of the molar tooth. I was very satisfied with the procedures and follow up. There was an issue in billing, but Office Manager Ashley helped and solved that problem.
