Great selection however subpar customer service. When I requested the consultant to write down prices of tile with size options, the consultant’s response was I could write the prices down for myself on the back of the tile samples. I did and got out of there. Better service at Floor and Decor, whose consultant not only provided tiles samples with printout containing image of Tiles along with size options and prices, without my even having to ask. Floor and decor provided five star service. I suppose being in the design district I expected at least the same level of service.

What a great place for professionals! If you are a contractor or designer this is the place for you. They are staffed with designers and help locate exactly what one is looking for and help with lots of choices. This location does not stock any material. Only samples. If one does not have an account the best they can get is retail pricing. Not really a place to browse. More of a place to go when the purchase decision is imminent.

Drove nearly 30 minutes to check this place out for our flooring project. Went into the showroom early this morning with my husband. There were no other customers when we arrived. Employee greeted us, but just waved us in the direction of ceramic tiles, then quickly disappeared. After several minutes of browsing without any assistance, we left. Poor customer service. We took our money elsewhere.
