The lady was extremely rude! Got a quote the day before for a part then went the next day to pick it up and she tried to charge 50 more (240) than I was told the day before. The part is 75 from any supply chain but they still wanted 180 (original quote). The mark up is ridiculous. Everyone says shop local but when it’s more than twice the price it’s very hard to consider. If it wasn’t cold outside and my kids weren’t freezing I would have told her to get bent. And ordered from a supply store and had it in 3 days. Last time I go there. Never again!!!

Great folks decent prices
I have purchased 3 stoves from this place over the last 30 years . I still have 2 of them and they both work. The owner - I can't remember his name- always remembers my name and where I live My son has purchased several tons of wood pellets here-- good stuff. Pellets are kept inside guaranteeing they are dry and will burn right. A real A business.
