I’ve been with Design now for 8 years. By far the best company I’ve worked for. I know you’re thinking, hey, “he’s been there 8 years, of course he loves it”. I would never tell someone Design is better than whatever company you’re currently working for to persuade you to join but I will say this, I’ve never had a problem with my pay, home time, and miles. If I had any questions or concerns about anything, dispatch always have an open door policy. Dispatch is not in some back room hiding from their drivers, you can always walk right in and speak. Everyone in the office from the President down to the cleaning crew knows you by name, not just your truck number.

Ive been with Design Trucking for the last four years and this is the best company I've ever worked for. They are family oriented and employee advocates. There employee recognition is second to none. Im always home on time and never late. They also have good incentives. Fuel bonuses and break down pay is just a few of them. Also steady loads, on average I drive 2800 to 3000 miles a week and have been the last four years. All of trucks and trailers are brand new as well.
