What a great result today! The Houston technician, Jorge Arango, was everything one could ask for: professional, sincerely personable, knowledgable and willing to take those extra steps. He found an answer to the service issue that allowed a fix with the old hinges (2004 original install) and then he them proceeded to search until he resolved an ancillary issue I had not thought they would be able to fix. I’m so glad I was patient and waited for the company to assist with the issues. I clearly needed Eggersmann installers to address the issues and they have an outstanding employee in Jorge.

The entire team from Kegan Wilson, Designer, to the installers were professional, efficient and wonderful to deal with....the lead installer, Wayne Murray kept everything moving and organized. The personal is so easy to get along with and really anxious to please. They take a lot of pride in their products. I did my entire house with Eggersmann and I have not regretted it for one minute.
