A few months ago, I bought a used Rolex I had been eyeing and visited Eiseman to get the bracelet adjusted. As soon as I entered, I was quickly greeted and assisted by Lin. She helped me get the bracelet adjusted to my liking despite the fact that I did not purchase the timepiece from them. I ended up placing an order for a Rolex for my dad that same day. The watch arrived quicker than what I was quoted, and I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism Lin exhibited throughout the transaction. When I went in to pick up my father's watch, I placed another order for my mom with Lin's help. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back for more.

My family and I went in to look at the jewelry and watches in search for a Rolex to extend my collection. After they received us in a very friendly and familiar way and had a lovely talk with Karen, who is a very sweet and professional person in her work. While I was looking at the watches Mitch took very good care of my wife and daughter who fell in love with some pieces I plan on purchasing in the near future. I ended up buying a Rolex Submarine “The sultan”. It wasn’t my birthday it felt like it was one of the best presents! From now on I will definitely be going back in case I want to add another watch to my collection or for any presents for my family.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at Eiseman. Taylor was outstanding - super professional and great to work with. I ended up purchasing a ring which needed to be made due to not having a size that fit my wife and resizing what they had in stock was not an option. When the ring came in, Taylor hand delivered it to my home. How about that for service! I was blown away! The ring is stunning! They have definitely won my future business.

Eiseman definitely knows how to give you the total experience when you are looking to buy that special gift from them. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to get a couple of timepieces we had been hoping to find for quite some time. The gentleman that helped us is Steve Phillips. When we told him the two Rolex timepieces we were interested in he immediately wrote down all the information and said that since they didn’t have what we were looking for in store, he would order them for us! That was the first time anyone had genuinely offered to really try to help us get what we have been looking for. So we did order them, and within a couple of months Steve called us saying they had arrived! What we were expecting to be about a 6-9 month wait took only a fraction of that. Overall just the best customer experience from start to finish. We feel extremely lucky to have found Steve and Eiseman Jewels. We are looking forward to the next time we get to go back to see you!
