As a Lifestyle Consultant for one of the Dallas High Rise communities, Elite Cleaning is everything you could ask for in a Luxury Housekeeping Service. The Elite staff look amazing in their crisp white and gray uniforms, and their organizational rolling carts with all the supplies neatly tucked away, tells you that you about to get the best housekeeping service you could have ever asked for. Extremely professional, and always friendly, Elite is my go to company for new move-ins, and residents looking for a cleaning service. Veronica the owner is fantastic, and always makes it a point to stop by and ask how everyone is doing, and how her staff is doing when recommended to residents. Elite is not only a great small business that services the greater Dallas area, but Veronica and her staff are trustworthy, caring, and in my book #1!!
The team did a great job! This was the first time I used a service of this sort and was skeptical. The staff was friendly and did the job right! I would recommend this service to others as well!
We have been with Veronica and Elite Cleaning since 2012. They do a great job a majority of the time. Every once in awhile the cleanings aren’t as good as others and that might be due to different cleaning crews. We have had issues with broken buttons on our dryer, and I’ve personally had to take time to fix it. But overall they are worth the price of service and I would recommend.
