This place accept me 3 tunes in the last 3 week I did want to go on with U was tied of being in and out the hospital Baylor nurse call and talk to me on a personal base and Baylor police call from the Friday incident trying to obtain my I.D lady's this is a caring place to heel and gather your right thoughts together jeep loving yourself and keep God cause Family Place cares about YOU

Another organization functioning as a nonprofit that doesn’t actually help. Phone was answered by Meg with a, “Hey” followed by silence when she realized she had picked up the wrong line. No one returned my call after a few messages and an email. It’s shameful that there are so many organizations operating as a non profit to collect their salaries from the government but fail to help victims of family violence and unfortunate circumstances.

They kicked me n my 2 kids out with no where to go then they sent me to a resource center who sent me to my sisters where I got hit in the head n had no where to go where I was forced to beg my kids father's parents to allow us to stay with them . Fyi this the house where it all started smh I told em not to send me to my sis n they did not care

I appreciate them for giving me and my kids a safe place to be. These people at the front desk are very rude. I missed lunch cause I'm new. 6:00pm is the cut off time. I walked in at 6 pm on the dot. Lunch was closed down. I expressed to them that I was 31 wks pregnant and diabetic and my son was hungry. Yet they looked at me with not a care in the world. So I asked can I order food for my son that I was paying for, They told me no. Laughed as I walked away about a soup joke. Us women already have been through enough to feel belittled like that. Very disgusting to had to be subjected to that. I asked them for a supervisor number as well. They would not give me a number. They also told me I needed to walk to a location even though I'm sick and feeble to get food for my kids and I. Edit: I've been gone from the Family place but my caseworker Mrs.Cris surely took care of the situation. I will def give this place stars because of her alone. She made sure she did everything to rectify the situation and she got me into my place very soon. I love Mrs. Cris she's surely a superstar and goes above and beyond. My guardian Angel love J.H
