Used Valet to go to Imoto, did not notice it till the next day but the Valet put a huge dent in the back hatch of our car. Do not use their valet service and I will never valet with them again.

Attempted to park in the lot... it was completely full (and no signage up to note that, I may add). I spent 8 minutes driving around and still had to pay 5 to get out. I called the lot manager, Jeremy, in an attempt to get a refund, but he refused. He was quite possibly the rudest, sorriest excuse for a \manager.\ Would rather park a mile away then park in this shady lot.
1. They advertise a reduced rate for people who get their ticket validated without telling you where to get your ticket validated nor do they have a parking attendant to tell you how to get it validated. 2. They show on the sign that the daily max for nonvalidated parking is 20 when it’s actually 30. 3. When you ask them why it is that way, the manager, Jeremy, will get really combative and refuse to admit that they lied to you and scammed you. The fact of the matter is that they don’t tell you how to get the reduced rate that they offer, and even if you don’t get your ticket validated because it would cost you 20 either way, they will still charge you 30 and refuse to refund you and try to slither their way out of making things right. This is a blatantly dishonest business and they don’t deserve a cent.
Our car was safe.. Lost the building but it was close to House of Blues
I forgot to get validation and I asked for assistance and the operator had an indifferent attitude. I'll look for parking elsewhere next time.
