Very nice doctor. Explained to my son and myself what his condition was and what we would need to do to manage it better. I liked the fact that she even asked if we had any questions or concerns.

Maybe I have caught this doctor on two particularly bad days, but of the two visits my son has had with her, both left me angry and close to tears. Due to multiple health issues my son (who is 2 1/2) has, he sees several different doctors not only at Children's, but at two other local hospitals as well. I have never met a doctor that has made me feel like they were too busy to sit down for 5 minutes to actually hear and discuss the concerns I had as a parent. I was still sitting in the chair trying to calm my son (who had just been papoosed and had an ear tube removed from canal) trying to ask questions as she had one foot out the door and did a 5 second look in my sons mouth, while standing in the open doorway, before dismissing my concern and walking out. My son is 2 1/2, nonverbal, in casts for clubfoot, has gtube due to aspiration of liquids, severe anxiety when it comes to doctors visits, and she could not take even 5 minutes to actually sit in front of me to listen and discuss why I had concerns and discern if they possibly had a medical correlation or not. Never in my life (I'm 40 with 2 teenage kids, so not my first go round) have I ever seen a doctor with such horrible bedside manner. We will be discussing with his pediatrician about the possibility of a referral to a new ENT doctor for my son's care. Best of luck to any other parents that have the misfortune of dealing with this particular doctor.
