THE OFFICE ON MLK IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF THE CUSTOMER THAT COME HERE FOR SERVICE. ALL OF THEM FROM THE LADY IN THE FRONT SHE AFRICAN AMERICAN WITH A DRY WIG SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME AND THEN THE LADY WHO VERIFY YOUR INCOME HER NAME IS BRENDA SHE IS VERY INCOMPETENT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB SHE HAS TO CALL AROUND AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT A JOB SHE SHOULD ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DO. SHE IS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND ACT LIKE SHE PAYING FOR MY WIC BENEFITS. THE SUPERVISOR AT THE TIME WAS NOT AS BAD BUT SHE COULD HAVE DONE MORE TO ASSIST ME. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 HOURS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYWHERE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY

This place is horrible, i have never been to a WIC office this bad. The receptionist is very unprofessional. Very rude i believe she is racist. I work for a temp agency and never have i been this rude to any of my customers. We are the reason you have a job. I will never return to this place again. I wish i could give this place no stars, because of the receptionist.
