A hidden gem!! We had the pleasure of living here for 1.5 years and loved every second, the only reason we left is because we re-located cities. You will not find a more fair priced apartment in this area of town. No hidden fees, unlimited guest parking, unbelievable location, great balconies, finishes, sound-proof walls, great neighbors, amazing management, security and maintenance staff and pet friendly (Mutts just over the road!) The list could go on. Highly recommend.

Can't beat the location. The staff is great! Maintenance here is better than I have experienced in apartment communities I have lived in around the area. Been here 4 years now for a reason!
What a terrible terrible experience with this building!!! I came all the way from Miami, FL to Dallas, TX to see and possibly rent one of their apartments and after confirming appointment for 11am 3 times yesterday and today, they have guts to cancel our showing at 10:30am and now I am stuck in Dallas without apartment to see!!! I can only imagine how they treat their residents if they did this to us, potential tenants. We will be reaching out to the management office on Monday to request reimbursement of our flight tickets and travel expenses because now we are returning back to Miami, FL empty handed without the booked apartment!!
I would give this place 5 stars if it felt more welcoming. I deliver packages there daily and the young lady and gentlemen upfront are very sweet and welcoming. However, the supervisor of the place is very nasty towards me and Ive witnessed her being nasty towards other delivery carriers. Even though I am not a resident I still find it unprofessional and i hate coming to that place especially seeing her.. I hope a new manager is in place ASAP!
The apartments inside are beautiful and huge. I have a friend who lives there that I visit quite often so I'm always over there. It's super pet friendly and the walls have to be made out of like some soundproof 10 foot thick concrete because I've never heard a neighbor. Ever. There's an overnight security guard on duty all the time, at least every time I've been over. I'd love to live there if I could afford to.
