The food was amazing! The 1 star review is for the terrible service from our waiter. Don’t even remember his name because he never told us. Did not check on us the whole time we was there until the very end which I’m guessing it was only to get a tip which he did not receive from my husband. Will not be back to this location, could have very well been rated a 5 if service was better.

This Olive Garden defies logic. When you dine in, the salad (that is nothing more than bagged lettuce, some shreds of carrots, onions and a few black olives) is all you can eat. We were on our way home the other day and too tired to cook, so thought we would try this Olive Garden. My dining partner is a vegetarian and hates how much sodium most of their offerings have, so she just wanted to go with two salads. There is a soup and salad combo and the individual soup and salad are the same cost (and dining in is all you can eat salad) so we asked for two salads instead of the soup which she had gotten numerous times in the past. The person who answered the phone said that wasn't possible, that she would have to charge us for two individual salads. When I protested, she said that's the way it is and it wasn't going to happen. I should have just canceled our order but we went ahead with it. I asked for a manager when I got there, explained my displeasure and why, and after arguing with me for awhile, when I said I would just call the corporate office all of the sudden she wanted to comp our meal, give us a free salad, and more. That wasn't the point. I wasn't trying to get something for free, I just wanted even less than I could get if I dined in. When we got home and looked at the salads, they were about 1/3 of the container, the lettuce was brown, there were lettuce cores in it, and it tasted like chemicals. We should have just kept driving and bought a bag of lettuce at the grocery store for 1.99 and we could have had lots of salads, and a lot less aggravation. You might want to rethink your approach to customer service - next time I will go to a local restaurant that appreciates our business.

I constantly come purchasing some food in here. I enjoyed the fast customer service and well cooked dishes. Fantastic work.

I was so excited to come and enjoy a delicious salmon but I’m leaving very disappointed... my waitress didn’t care about us at all..after waiting for a while to get the food on my table (I understand it could be normal)my salmon was not well cooked and I was waiting for another 15 minutes on waitress to ask him if they could cook it a little more, well he never came I had to go up to look for another waitress to ask her if she could find him.. then she ended up helping me because he didn’t come. And that’s ok, I was fine with that, but then it took another 15 minutes to get it back and not just that we had nothing to drink while my husband was eating and I did ask them if they could refill... Anyways, I was not hungry anymore when They finally took back to me... I am very understanding with waitresses but I really feel discriminated because other tables around us were very well attended :/ except for ours...

I ordered a chicken parm with Lasagna. My daughter picked it up so I didn't visually see it but she took a picture. My chicken wasn't covered in the sauce and cheese and the lasagna looked tiny from the picture. I think the manager was Jake maybe Jeff but I called to ask that my chicken be covered with the sauce and cheese. He made sure I had plenty sauce on my chicken with the cheese and the Lasagna was plentiful. He more than exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to say Thank you. I am very pleased
