Where can I start... I moved my Father in these apartments and he loves it. Management is so patient and helpful he told me he doesn’t understand how to pay his rent online but the manager is so patient and walk him through the process every first of the month she also answers any concerns that he may have .I have lived in my apartment for over five years and have yet to see customer service like this thank you.I can honestly say I feel safe with my father living in these apartments.

I have been at Pegasus Villas for almost 11 years and I love it. I am a 70 years old senior and I feel safe here.
Lovely facility in the heart of BIG D. Still on waiting list but hope to make this my last and final move. And, its safe, well kept and don't let the negative comment keep you away. Crime is everywhere.
This is one of the worst places to love in Dallas .. staff is rude and are not willing to help .. they increase your rent when they want for no reason as many time they want.. they dont honor the contract . The elevators are always out of service. The plumbing sistem have problems constantly and you need to keep all your stuff covered because of the floodings.. I've been here for a year now and there been 4 floodings. I cant wait to move out of here .
No one at this property will call me back. I have left multiple messages and every time I call I only get voicemail. I desperately need to find a home for my dad and they can't even be bothered to return a phone call to a respective renter. I've even googled the name of their property management company and can't find contact information. This doesn't say much for how you manage your property. (UPDATE) Finally just went to their physical office and there is a 4-6 year wait. Why don't you all put this information on your voicemail or website and save us two in-person visits and multiple phone calls? Time is PRECIOUS. Don't waste mine.
