Worst property management company I have had to work with. They do NOT respond to emails, voice mail, txt messages in a timely manner. I have been put in a financial burden numerous times over the course of the 2 year contract that i had with them. I have had to pay late fees several times waiting on the rent money to be moved over from their accounts. I had a tenant move out without paying their last month rent, did not wash the carpet and broke a few things that PMI did not account for. PMI did a walk through and said only a few bulbs were out but everything else was fine. They did not hold the tenant accountable to their signed contract. I am still waiting on my money that they own me and i cannot get a response from ANYONE there no matter how hard I try. I do not recommend them to anyone looking to rent out property and needing a management company for assistance. At this point, i'm wondering if PMI is running scam - Kristin

They are very slow when it comes to their business. When it came to taking our money and canceling things they were quick on that. My mother and I were almost homeless after a long process with them. When it came to getting everything we needed for our processes we always needed to call them and they always provided us with a lack of information. They have also provided us with wrong information as well, telling us we are able to view a property then changing up. The worst aspect of this company is they never reply to calls, emails, and even text messages. The agent Kris specifically told us to text her because it would be easier she would only reply when she initiated the conversation, but when the conversation was the other way around she never replied or even opened it. When she did text she would totally disregard my last message. When finally getting in touch they informed me they still needed the rent verification and that our landlord company has yet to reach back out them so she asked for I direct number, which I provided her with and she didn't even open the text message. They also have tried to receive even more money out of us for the same application, when my mother told her them we paid already they tried to ask for a receipt but then ending up telling us they found it and everything was ok. Later on, they discontinued our application because we had missing items which were the landlord number and the 50 receipt, which was already provided and confirmed by them they received before. Overall this company is terrible, they lie, and steal from you! I plan on reporting them and I advise yall not to deal with this company.
Though I have had some difficulties in the past with PMI Northwest they have worked diligently to resolve issues, and, for the most part, have provided very good service. The only thing that perhaps could be improved is shortening the delay time in getting my money. Once an echeck is authorized by them it has usually taken 4 business days to finally reach my account.
