I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of Precision Leather Restoration. Larry Klein is the owner. Larry is extremely professional and does exceptional quality of work at a reasonable price. After years of wear and tear, Larry was able to restore the color of my overstuffed leather chair like new. It is amazing! My cat had gotten sick on the leather love seat and caused several stains that would not come out. However, Precision Leather Restoration was able to restore the color and quality of the leather and now my love seat looks brand new. I am ecstatic with the end results. Larry is just wonderful. Spoke to him on the phone and told him we loved our 15 year old leather group and that we didn't want to replace it but that it had been heavily damaged over the years by our dogs hair oil and just general use. He asked us to send him pictures (see attached) and that he would let us know if he could repair it. Once receiving the pictures he promptly called us to review what we wanted and setup an appointment to visually inspect the furniture in person. He arrived as promised and inspected the furniture in detail . He then walked us through the repairs that would be needed, informed us on how to protect it better in the future and then quoted us a price that I was totally surprised by because it was so reasonable. He then ordered the materials that were needed after we agreed to the repairs and then picked up the portable parts 3 days later to repair at his shop. Hen then brought those back the following weekend and completed the repairs at the house. When we came into the room when he was finished we were shocked!!!! The furniture looked like it did the day we bought it 15 years earlier. All of the scratches, deep stains and marks where we had tried to clean it were gone and the leather was pristine. Larry knew we were on a budget due to being furloughed from our jobs due to COVID19 and then personally walked us through how to restuff all of the cushions ourselves to keep that particular cost low. We ordered the cushion foam on line from the company he recommended and the stuffing for the back cushions and pillows from Walmart. This saved us about a 1000 dollars. Larry is a very interesting person, and we had some great conversations and he is a professional and friendly person as well. I will welcome him back into our house at anytime. I highly recommend Larry and his company and you sill not be disappointed.
