You guys probably don't get enough credit where credit is due. You have an excellent customer service staff. I spoke with two ladies and they were helpful in figuring out my recent billing issue. We got it fixed quickly. If anyone has an issue with your bill, I encourage you to call the ProPath Customer service number. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. They have a terrific group of people working there. Thanks!

Where’s the customer service? Called today and agent was rude! He didn’t even apologize for them dropping the ball. Let’s see if they take care of my request this time. I will be calling again in 30 days to ensure my issue was resolved.
ProPath is ripping off Veterans and the VA. They double charge both. They receive payment then try and force the disabled Veterans to repay the bill..then they get collectors after us...this is sad
Very bad customer service, I received a bill from ProPath with incorrect diagnosis codes for a service at Medical City ER. Insurance and Hospital mentioned that ProPath are responsible for re-submiting the claim with correct diagnosis codes, however they are pushing back. Stay away from Medical City and ProPath.
We have same experience that my wife received a bill for lab services that she never authorized her doctor to conduct. This doctor never had her consent to conduct all these ridiculously expensive lab test. WE WON'T PAY YOU ANY PENNY ! GO AHEAD DO COLLECTION!
