Worst service ever had. Staff was so rude!! I had a drug test scheduled at this place. “Maria Vega” is the person who helped me. She was so rude and yelling at me for everything. She’s speaking Spanish most of the time and I don’t understand her language properly. This is the first time I am giving drug test and I am not aware of not flushing the toilet and I didn’t get proper information from Maria Vega and I did flush the toilet after taking the test. She gave remark in my report that flushed the toilet. I’m still not understanding what’s wrong in flushing the toilet. I suggest not to go this location and work with Maria Vega especially.

Contrary to so many others on here, I had a great experience here today. When I arrived there was no one at the receptionist desk but there was an electronic self-serve sign-in device. So I used it to sign in. In about 5 minutes a nice lady named Cynthia Holmes called my name. We went back to her blood drawing area, she asked me a few questions (name, date of birth, etc.), and then she took my blood. She was very pleasant and the needle didn't hurt a bit. Great attitude and solid at her job. The whole process start to finish was maybe 12 - 15 minutes. Great job. What more could you ask for?

DO NOT LET YOUR DOCTOR SEND YOU HERE! My experience was horrific and ABUSIVE. I arrived a few minutes early and check in was easy to complete because it was automated at a kiosk. Being over 60, I was concerned about waiting in the waiting room and took the option to wait in my car. I was not called in until 25 minutes later. I still had to wait in the waiting room and when I finally got back to the blood draw chair, I used my own Clorox wipe where my arm would rest and the Tech blew a fuse. She said I had ruined their protocol and that I would have to go back out to waiting room because \she was going to have to disinfect the entire room again and it would have to dry for 5 minutes\. I waited nearby in the hallway and could here her laughing about how she was \gonna make her wait for that\ and so on. One of the other techs said \She is still standing right there\....so the laughing and making fun, stopped. When she called me back again, she said she could not find my lab orders.....then she did find them but got really mad when I asked if they were the ones from my doctor. Then her voice changed and was very sweet and soft as she stuck the needle into the side of my elbow crease......and of course, she could not find the vein......so she had to move the needle around....she wasn't even in the correct position. She withdrew the the needle, shaking her head, and said she just didn't know.........there was no blood in the vial. When she asked me if I wanted to do my other arm, my comment was \ I think I am just going to leave\...... I think this place needs to be shut down. AND I am worried that she used a dirty needle on me.

Short staffed and busy location. I waited for over an hour even with an appointment The workers that were there were very rude to multiple patients there. One employee shut the door in a patients face while asking a question. I do not recommend this location at all

I have had to come here several times either for a pre-employment drug screening or for lab work. I also bring my kids here for lab work occasionally. I am not sure if it is due to the pressure of the job itself or they just don't like the job but the staff are very, very unfriendly and very, very unprofessional. In my opinion, they are unnecessarily very rude and it's highly uncalled for. They talk and act frustrated all the time. You can tell right off that they don't like the job. They are just forcing themselves to be there. Each time I have had to go there, I just try my best to ignore their attitude, let them get either the blood or urine sample and get out of there
