Quest Diagnostics Margo Perot - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

No show for appointment - I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a routine blood test. Quest sent multiple confirmations by text and email. When I arrived for the 0745 appointment, there was no one in the office. After checking in online, I waited another 30 minutes. No one showed up. I spent 20 minutes with phone trees at Quest hearing the same annoying announcements. Finally, I reached a live operator by pressing the buttons that identified me as a medical professional (which I am not). She was cordial but admitted she had no idea what was going on and could not tell me what other Quest offices were actually open because he screen told her the other offices were open but she did not trust that. These are the ill effects of a monopoly business. I gave up and will try to get another lab assignment from my doctor.
