They installed a new roof and it started leaking after 1 year same spot Roofing Giant was supposed to fix originally. Called to try to get someone to call me back and no response. So scheduled an appointment and no one showed up.

Original Post: Crisitian with Roofing Giant was super easy to work with. They replace my roof, gutters, and window screens while working with my insurance. They did a terrific job! On the day of repair, they were punctual, courteous, and very organized. They also finished in a timely manner. What's best is that they dealt directly with the insurance company on any supplemental payments, which made things easier on our side. I highly recommend Roofing Giant.

Loved working with Oleg, he helped me through the whole process, and was very patient with me and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that I needed was taken care of. I got a full range of roof replacement, gutter replacement and some screens replaced. I picked out colors for my new shingles and worked with them to get gutters that matched my current paint color. I added in gutter guards and some new gutters since they were doing the replacement of the ones that I had. I was happy with all of the work and the cost of the work.
