Perfection! I asked the owner his favorite dish and he said the Australian Dijon crusted rack of lamb. Deep flavor in every bite, cooked to perfection. Salum makes sure every detail is on point as he walks the floor and makes sure every guest feels special. Could not come with a higher recommendation! We will be back . . . often.

I don't know why I have waited 15 years to leave a review. I don't leave a lot of reviews but this year is different and this place is a rare jewel, so here goes. You will be hard-pressed to find a better meal or dining experience in Dallas than what you find here. Every visit has been stellar. I can't recall anything, that I have ever ordered that wasn't superb. Abraham has a fine palate and it shows in his food and the way it is executed. It also shows in the understated but elegant dining room and the fine staff that provides excellent service, without being stuffy. The hospitality is amazing. Many restaurants come and go in Dallas and we are often searching for the next big thing but this is the real deal. It surprises me how many people don't know about Salum or maybe save it for special occasions. Salum should be on your short list of \go to places\. It never disappoints and I hope Abraham and Salum are around for many more years. Please support your local restaurants! RW
