They cant never answer the phone, then you have to call up there to get your money on your card. Im trying my best not to leave cuz they are right around the corner but if they keep this up i will be leaving going somewhere else. Cant be that lazy or busy to not answer the phone.

It was my first time here and to ever donate and was super nervous. I had an awesome experience for my first time especially with the lady name of Jasmine. She was very professional and makes you feel comfortable and clear with understanding everything. Ask for her because it was worth it and I’m very proud of myself. Thank you Jasmine and staff for my first amazing experience.
The staff themselves were very patient & considerate, being they were severely understaffed. The center manager, Andrew, was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for the cooperate number. He continued to try to talk to me, though I asked him to stop & get me the cooperate number. He then deferred me. Wow, so the center retaliates if you don't just \bow down?

Good service they just slow and have to put it up. It's too cold for people to stand outside. I understand covid-19 is out but still gotta do better guys
