The service was half and half. The guy that was up front was very friendly but the lady that was helping my fiancé irritated me a bit at first. I had to keep asking for options. Then she got a little smart with me because I kept asking for options and I didn’t like some of the stuff that she had paired up. When she saw I was getting a little irritated, she changed things up a little and got a little more helpful. They should get more size options in store and maybe staff that can keep the flow in proper alignment because our assistant acted like it was her first day. She could have asked what our colors are and tried to match it up from there. All in all, it worked out. They have a cute store in a good area. I love how they have it set up. I’d recommend it to someone else. I’ll update this if that changes after we rent my fiancé and our son’s tux.

I had a very positive experience, I went on my lunch break to get fitted and the gentleman that helped me made it a very seamless experience. I have a very athletic build (like defensive lineman) so it’s hard for me to feel comfortable in a suit. He helped me find a jacket that complimented my frame and still looked presentable(not to tight) would recommend to anyone

Best experience ever renting a tux and suit. Highly recommend. The staff at the Henderson location was super friendly and relaxed when I went there for the fitting. All clothes arrived on time and the quality and cut of the outfits was perfect. Overall excellent experience, I will recommend well and continue to rent and buy at BLCKTX.

We had the best experience using the Black Tux Dallas for our wedding. Loved how easy it was to track the groomsmen order status and everything shipped on time and was easy to return for each guy. All the groomsmen and the my husband looked awesome on our wedding day and in each photo. Jacob Folmar was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend working with him enough! Our wedding was over a year ago and now we are ordering a tux for my husband for my sister's wedding which has been a little more complicated of an order since the date was postponed, and then the order changed slightly. I still had Jacob's email and have emailed him a few times for help and he has gone above and beyond to continue helping us with getting my husband's tux ordered for my sister's wedding!

Loved the vibe of this place! They were super patient at helping my fiancé find the perfect suit. They answered all our questions and made the process so easy. The prices are much more affordable than other suit rental places and the suits were a lot more modern. Definitely would recommend this place!
