A wonderfully picturesque location in Dallas, a local photographer's favorite low maintenance location indeed. A great flow of art and nature plus euro inspired architecture lined with beautiful plant life and fabulous lakefront view. We could've spent a few more hours just exploring but with the time we were there we were impressed. A very peaceful place to unwind or have a romantic walk. I can imagine the numerous events that occupy the various spaces around the location. Fairly priced admission at 5/person(online) 12 at concession but will make up for it in parking costs 10 online, 15 at concession. Covid safety protocols were enforced and visitors were more than happy to adhere. Great experience i highly recommend if you're in town for a few days hit this attraction for a nice relaxing afternoon experience

Went during their \Holiday at the Arboretum\ (sponsored by Reliant) presentation. Although some plants are obviously not in bloom during December, the vast majority was still beautiful-- littered with plants and trees for you to enjoy. During this time of year, there are also a few Christmas attractions for you to enjoy. Two adult tickets plus parking is going to run you around 44 (as of now), but it's a decent price for how large it is. The food stands and the gift shop run a bit pricey, as you would expect-- so it might be best to bring a picnic and sit down. Staff was helpful in friendly.

I hate the summers here. (I'm a transplant from the northeast.) So I pretty much avoid the arboretum between May and October, when it's probably at its best. But it's a great place to walk and enjoy during the more temperate months.#

I visited this place during the pumpkin festival and it was a mind blowing experience :). It's a must go place if you want to experience the pumpkin fest and the culture. I love the village made out of pumpkins . The complete place felt like it was Halloween already. Best place for shoots and Serenity.

We went in mid October 2020 (Corona era). Weather was perfect, air was fresh and crowd was manageable, people wore mask and respectful toward other visitors. Pumpkin village is great attraction but yes it was crowded, though park authority was trying their best to keep particular number people inside pumpkin village. We enjoyed most near lake, live music performance, cool breeze and coffee. It was perfect
